In 2013, the Affordable Housing Accreditation Board was established as a non-profit to create a comprehensive accreditation system specific to the affordable housing industry.
Now, with the success of our pilot program, we are poised to bring our detailed standards, guidelines and performance indicators to your organization and help you adopt best-practices in preparation, execution, and benchmarking for the low-income and affordable housing markets. Once you've completed the process, we will recognize your achievement and reward your efforts with full accreditation for your affordable housing organization.
